She also opened up about the physical challenges she faced, including taking nearly 150 injections during the treatment.

In her vlog, the actress revealed that she and Aditya had been planning to start a family since 2023. However, it was her sister, Akansha Ranjan, who advised her to consult a doctor. Busting myths around intimacy and pregnancy, Anushka shared, “You know, from childhood we are taught that if you get intimate with someone, you'll get pregnant. And it's not true. It's really not true."
