Dutt had sought extensions on account of his wife Maanayata&rsquo;s ill-health, for which he had received some flak. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, who recently met the Dutts, says Sanju and Maanayata are not ready to get into details about her illness. &ldquo;Maanayata told me that when people don&rsquo;t understand my pain how will they even know our pain,&rdquo; Bhatt says.
