Akshay Kumar’s alien thriller, Samuk, has added another international name to its technical crew. Chris Peters, who has worked as an art director on Marvel Studios’ upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday, has joined  director Kanishk Varma’s movie that, per the makers, “combines military realism, survival horror, and alien mythology”.  

The film is currently being shot in Cardiff, Wales. As one of Hindi cinema’s rare alien thrillers, Samuk demanded a visually immersive world. Sources revealed that producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah and the director felt Peters would be the right person to design its on-screen universe.
