Jackie Shroff's producer-wife, Ayesha has registered an FIR with Bandra police following a slew of alleged threat calls from various numbers. She is presently involved in a financial dispute with her business partner and former actor, Sahil Khan, allegedly accusing him of swindling money to the tune of Rs 8 crore.

A source close to Ayesha says, "She has been receiving threat messages that her entire family will be dragged into the matter if she doesn't agree to an out-of-court settlement. We believe Sahil is behind all this."
