Bigg Boss 17 Weekend Ka Vaar

Bigg Boss 17 Weekend Ka Vaar: If slapping with words is a thing, then filmmaker Karan Johar is a master of the art. The ace director packed a tight punch as he took on Vicky Jain and Isha Malviya in a verbal showdown. Trust me, as a Bigg Boss viewer, this is the best episode till now. The sense of satisfaction I got with the reality check was uncanny. The episode started with Karan Johar giving a hug to Munawar Faruqui, Ankita Lokhande, Mannara Chopra, and Abhishek Kumar for the emotional turmoil they have gone through.

Later, Karan went inside the Bigg Boss house with a BB screen, and what started was just so pleasant to the eyes. The filmmaker started off by making Isha Malviya sit on the big throne, and then he started taking her class. Karan Johar reprimanded Isha Malviya for her deep-rooted interest in Munawar Faruqui's personal life. He said, "The way you have shown interest, knowing every detail of Munawar's personal life, you have truly won the hearts of the Indian public. The excitement with which you came, you spoke as if Ayesha was giving out free chocolates. Why did you have so much interest? Neither Ayesha is your best friend nor Munawar, so what was your concern."

Adding on, he said, “Isha, you have said that Munawar has used and thrown many people…I truly want to know if you have forgotten your past,” he said. He cryptically talks about her friendship with former boyfriend Abhishek Kumar in the early days of the show before her beau Samarth Jurel entered.

Further, Karan shifted to Ayesha and told her that she has insulted every feminist. Karan didn't stop here, and what he told Vicky Jain was just amazing. Karan called out the businessman for not taking a stand for his wife, and he literally reprimanded Vicky for each and every action he has done wrong. Karan also sided with Abhishek and Mannara for being the two who tried to calm down the situation for Munawar. After Karan took the class, what followed shocked us a little because when we were hoping for an apology from Vicky's side, he was seen explaining to Ankita how she is wrong in the conversation.

Moving on, taking the episode on a lighter note, Bharti and Harsh Limbachiya came to have a fun time with Karan Johar. The couple made Karan stand in a khatghara and asked him fun questions, which made us roll out of our chairs.

Taking the fun meter even higher, Karan asked contestants to have a mushaira roast for each other. Further, Karan announced that he will meet the contestants again tomorrow. At the end of the episode, Suniel Shetty made an entry into the house. It will be interesting to see an extended Weekend ka Vaar tomorrow.

For the unversed, after Aaoora’s eviction, the house is left with 9 contestants, including Munawar Faruqui, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Abhishek Kumar, Isha Malviya, Arun Mashettey, Samarth Jurel, Mannara Chopra, and new wildcard Ayesha Khan.
