The makers of the film, Bazaar-e-Husn &mdash; that is slated to hit the big screen on July 18 &mdash; have apparently not been able to promote their film on TV due to a delay in the promo getting a censor certificate. But the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) says that the film&rsquo;s promos were submitted for certification only on June 26.

When contacted, producer AK Mishra said that he had sent across the required papers around three months ago. &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t know about the Censor Board&rsquo;s claims; I submitted my papers through a broker about three months ago,&rdquo; he said.
But a source from the board maintains, &ldquo;We received the promotional film for certification only on June 26 and the film&rsquo;s certificate from the Animal Welfare Board came in around July 10. It&rsquo;s only now that we can look at issuing it a certificate.&rdquo;
