Bowled over by Viru

Ours maybe a cricket crazy nation, but there are still some exceptions to the rule. Anushka Sharma is one of them. Though she has a cricket film in the offing, the girl isn't too smitten with the sport. She talks to CS about her few and far memories of cricket:

Cricket and me
I don't really follow cricket, but the one time that I really followed it, ball-by-ball, was during my tenth standard exams.

It was a World Cup and I don't know why, but I was following it like any other cricket fan would keep track.

Since it were my board exams and going out wasn't an option, maybe that's why I took refuge in watching television and the only action on TV was the world cup. But let me tell you, I really had a blast watching the game that day.

Viru mania
In my own way I follow the sport every now and then. I think all Indian players are amazing, but I love Viru (Virendra Sehwag) the most.

He is so unpredictable and a complete surprise package.

It is a pleasure to watch him play. No matter who's bowling, he will hit it hard. He is a complete entertainer when it comes to the cricket field.
