The countdown to the Cannes Film Festival 2026 has begun, and Bollywood is once again all set to make a glamorous statement on the global stage. From Cannes favourite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Alia Bhatt and Aditi Rao Hydari, Indian cinema and fashion are gearing up to command attention at one of the world’s most prestigious film festivals. The prestigious event will be held from May 12 to May 23, 2026.

Indian actor, producer, and entrepreneur Alia Bhatt, who will be seen returning to Cannes in her role as Global Ambassador for the brand for the second consecutive year, spoke about her return, saying, "It feels incredibly special to return to Cannes with L’Oreal Paris for the second time.
