9.30 am: Woke up... had a quick run on the treadmill... only 30 minutes as I had to run for a meeting. Ate no breakfast

9.30 am: Woke up... had a quick run on the treadmill... only 30 minutes as I had to run for a meeting. Ate no breakfast. I was sulking with my weighing scale which has basically launched a mission to upset me every morning.
11 am: Meeting at Taj Lands End for something I can't disclose right now but watch the space for more.
1 pm: Lunch with Niranjan (Iyenger) and Manish (Malhotra) at the office. Probably two of my oldest friends in the world. Manish is obsessed with idlis so we that's what we ate.
