9:30 am: Rise and shine... slept like a log...was exhausted. Little to do with jet lag, more to do with a crazy night out!!

9:30 am: Rise and shine... slept like a log...was exhausted. Little to do with jet lag, more to do with a crazy night out!!
10:30 am: Quick breakfast. Surf the net for the situation in Bangkok... sister stays there. Complete madness. Politicians are the same everywhere. Places burn, people die in their quest for power.
12 noon: Catch the tube to get to the Parkour studio. Catch up with my trainer Chima. Damn he is tough. Start training and realised a constant truth. Trainers all over the world are the same. Merciless, sadistic and they find joy in your pain. Damn, all the way to London to torture myself. I'm crazier than I thought!!
