Veteran actor Shabana Azmi reached Jantar Mantar on July 19, where she met several protestors and extended her support to the youth. Later, on July 20, the 75-year-old actress was seen participating in the Chalo Sansad march led by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). She had been continually posting on her social media, sharing updates from the protest. Amid this, one video emerged where the actress was seen being assisted into a security room after seemingly facing dizziness.

A video circulating online from Jantar Mantar shows Shabana Azmi looking weak as she is assisted towards a secured area. The footage shows students asking security personnel to open a gate so that the actress could be moved away from the crowd. They are also heard telling the guards who she is before access is granted.
