The satirical political outfit, which emerged online after Chief Justice Surya Kant allegedly compared unemployed youngsters to cockroaches, has taken social media by storm. The Instagram handle of the group started by digital commentator Abhijeet Dipke has already crossed 6 million followers and is going strong. The group is now acting as a party that is demanding justice for the youth of the country. The moment had also attracted the attention of celebrities. 

Celebrities join CJP

The Cockroach Janta Party’s official Instagram page has over six million followers. It is being followed by several celebrities from the film industry as well. Among them are filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and actresses Konkona Sen Sharma, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Esha Gupta.
