I have a passion for editing. In fact, I want to try my hand at editing even while I act in films. I did a course in film editing from the New York Film Academy and wouldn't like to waste my education.

Most of my free time is spent in my editing room, where I have installed all the necessary equipment. I make my own experimental promos taking clips from my films (laughs).

Right now, I am spending a lot of my free time honing my skills as I want to edit my home production Dekh Bhai Dekh. Editing has a lot of impact on a film, so it's a great technique to learn and master.

Whenever I am in my editing room, I shut out the world as it requires a lot of concentration. A closer look at the recently released films will tell you that a lot of attention has been given to editing; they have all been edited smartly.

And with audiences getting bored with long duration films, the idea of keep a film crisp and compact is extremely challenging.
