How did you bag a role in your forthcoming film, Haider?
I had heard about Shahid Kapoor doing Vishal Bharadwaj’s film. I asked him if the girl i had already been cast. He replied that they hadn’t finalised anyone and that I should talk to Vishal sir. So I called him up and he auditioned me for the part. It wasn’t a question of me saying yes or no to the film; I was waiting to hear a yes from Vishal sir.
