Despite having been tagged as a 'Bollywood blunder' by a popular news website in the West for her turn at the Europe Music Awards in Rotterdam last month, Deepika Padukone didn't shy away from sporting a creation by the same designer, Monisha Jaising, while attending the Esquire awards function in Dubai on Tuesday.

Rumours of the actress being miffed with the designer after the debacle were put to rest with her latest outing. Dippy picked up the gong for International Woman of the Year in the three piece suit while beau Ranveer Singh took home the International Man of the Year award too.

Dippy had heads turning in her corset-inspired white top, with smooth white lapels, which was teamed with a tailored jacket and flared pants. Her selection could well put the damage caused by her previous outing, which saw her draped in a green skirt and bralet, to rest.
