Our website caters to women &mdash; young, smart and independent &mdash; who are open to the idea of shopping online. For starters, we have a very unique set of Indian and international designers, and we carefully curate what goes up for sale. We know how tiring it is to wait for the product once you&rsquo;ve ordered it, so we try and get the order to customers on the same or next day if they are in Mumbai, and within three to four working days if they are in another city,&rdquo; she says. Having handled luxury brands like Cartier and Mont Blanc before launching Shopclusive in May this year, Jain believes in being flexible. &ldquo;We recently had a customer who wasn&rsquo;t sure of her shoe size, so we sent her three different sizes to pick from. That was an exception, but we are working on giving our customer the best experience possible,&rdquo; she says. Currently the site has two section. Designer Deals features luxury brands such as Just Cavalli, Tom Ford Eyewear, Gina, Issi and Kenzo at heavily discounted prices, while the Style Steals section features products from boutique designers for the price-conscious consumer. You can find Indian designers such as Nachiket Barve, Kallol Dutta, Masaba Gupta, Gauri and Nainika and Krishna Mehta. Retailing their designs at affordable prices here. Watch out for their Flash Sales where designer pieces, Indian and international, go on sale with fabulous discounts for a limited period. The site is currently suffering from a lot of hiccups. Call it teething problems (an apology is mentioned at the bottom of the site) but ordering can be quite frustrating. Nonetheless, as this writer found while researching for the article, one of the site&rsquo;s biggest strengths is that it offers an eclectic collection of clothes and accessories. The site features each sale for a period of two weeks, so don&rsquo;t be surprised if you find yourself hooked on to it before you even know it.
