Dharmendra seems to have apparently run into trouble with his upcoming comic caper. <img alt="Dharmendra" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/may/Dharmendra.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 410px;" /> A case has been filed against the veteran actor as well as his film&rsquo;s music composer duo of Toshi and Sharib under the copyrights infringement act. YashRaj who hold the music rights of the film has also been slapped with a legal notice. A source close to YashRaj Films says, &ldquo;We have heard that a case has been filed but there is no clarity on the issue. We have got in touch with the legal team to give us details about it.&rdquo; The source adds, &ldquo;Immediately after the music release of the film on Tuesday, a case was filed for copyrights violation of the music.&rdquo; Says Toshi, &ldquo;I was out of town and returned yesterday . I am not even aware of any legal case.&rdquo; Dharmendra and YashRaj&rsquo;s representative remained unavailabe for comment.
