As Dhurandhar: The Revenge's explosive run continues at the box office, celebrities and fans alike have been showering the film with praise and appreciation. Joining the suit is actor Alia Bhatt, who has now congratulated the makers of Dhurandhar on their "historic run" at the box office worldwide.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Alia Bhatt shared a still from Dhurandhar: The Revenge. It featured Ranveer Singh as Jaskirat Singh Rangi in his emotional homecoming scene in the movie.
While sharing the picture, the actress wrote, "Jaskirat Singh Rangi and this moment..is everything. The magic of the director and the actor in complete sync!" Further extending her wishes to the team, she wrote, "Congratulations, Team Dhurandhar, for this historic run at the movies."
Other celebrities praised Dhurandhar
After its release, the film has garnered praise from members of the film fraternity, including SS Rajamouli, Ram Gopal Varma, Anupam Kher and others. Kangana Ranaut lauded Dhar's achievement, calling him a "superstar filmmaker" and emphasising his growing influence. She noted that in global cinema, directors such as Steven Spielberg, Quentin Tarantino and Christopher Nolan are often regarded as central creative forces, suggesting Dhar's success could inspire emerging filmmakers.
Filmmaker SS Rajamouli praised the project for "hitting it out of the park," while Rakesh Roshan credited it with ushering in "a new era of filmmaking". South Indian actors, including Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR and Allu Arjun, also expressed their admiration for the multistarrer film. The film features an ensemble cast, including Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi and Arjun Rampal, among others.
The movie was directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, marks the second instalment in the two-part franchise It was released in theatres on March 19, two months after Part 1 hit the theatres.
The film revolves around Jaskirat’s rise within the underworld, where he infiltrates the terrorist network in Pakistan by assuming the identity of Hamza and navigates a dangerous ecosystem of crime, politics, and terrorism. As he rises up the ranks, the story covers the themes of loyalty, betrayal, and the cost of living a double life.
