Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar created a huge buzz for multiple reasons when it was released last year. One of the many reasons was its songs. Especially the dance number Shararat, featuring Ayesha Khan and Krystle D'Souza, went on to become a chartbuster. Krystle has now opened up about how she bagged the song.

Krystle recently appeared on Farah Khan's YouTube channel, where the two spoke about her recent win on The Traitors Season 2 as well as her superhit song Shararat. When the filmmaker asked how she got the song, Krystle revealed, “This is the first time I am doing an item song. Honestly, when I got the call from Mukesh [Chhabra] Sir, I was sitting right there (inside her home, near the balcony) in my corner with my girlfriends. He said we are shooting a song in 4 days and one girl is already selected. The team wants to see if you will be able to do it. I said ok give me some time and I cut the call.”
