Dhurandhar actress Ayesha Khan, on Wednesday, July 22, took to her Instagram story to share that she has been detained by Mumbai Police. The actress claimed that she was peacefully standing on the road ahead of the student protest when the police personnel forced her, her brother and friends into the police van. She later also shared a video from the police station.

In the clip shared by Ayesha Khan can be seen sitting in the police van and saying, "My hands are literally shivering right now. I have been detained just for standing on the road peacefully. I did not even say a word or start a protest. I was just standing because my brother and male friends were detained. We were just standing on the road, my other two female friends and me."
