The 39-year-old self-confessed bookworm recently launched her first book titled &lsquo;A Beautiful Truth&rsquo;. If you&rsquo;ve got natural beauty, well, great. But if you don&rsquo;t have it, the idea is to work on the strengths you have. If you really want to know what I think about facelifts, ask me when I&rsquo;m 60 or 70 because that&rsquo;s when I&rsquo;ll need it, perhaps. Today, I&rsquo;m young and I don&rsquo;t need it. Having said that, if something can enhance your confidence, go for it. Each one to his own. Who are we to sit and judge? Admiration club Sonam Kapoor is very stylish. I love the way she keeps experimenting with her looks and carries herself. Rekha is the epitome of grace for me though. Striking a balance I had a slipped disc about two years back but that didn&rsquo;t stop me from staying religious to my fitness regime. Also, I eat well. People have the misconception that starving oneself is the way to fitness. Instead, strike a balance and eat smartly. If you crave for chocolate or cake, go have it. Life is too short! So you have to choose what you&rsquo;ll have and when you&rsquo;ll compensate for it with exercise. Worth the hard work I give lectures on grooming and this thought struck me one day that there are books out there that are individually focussing on one part, like hair, make-up, skin and so on but not many focus on the grooming of the entire body. So I decided to research in the field, find encyclopedic references and put it together. This took me two-and-a-half years but the final product is worth the hard work. Reading time My all-time favourite author is Paulo Coelho. Along with him, I admire Stephen King as well. Enid Blyton was my favourite when I was a kid.
