Actress Saachi Bindra has managed to catch the eyes of some of the biggest film makers in Bollywood, in a very short span of time. The young and talented actress is seen in a music video titled ‘Sohnneyaa’ sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Laqshay Kapoor. The music video, which has got released recently, has been directed by Shauna Gautam.

A source (on the condition of anonymity) spoke to Mid Day exclusively. The source said, “Interestingly, it was Karan Johar and director Shashank Khaitan who recommended Saachi’s name to Shauna. Saachi has been screen testing for Dharma productions and both felt she would be the ideal choice for ‘Sohhneyaa’. Shauna too saw Saachi’s audition tape and was thoroughly impressed with the actress. Saachi has been signed by Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA) and have already managed to make a mark for herself”.
When we spoke to Saachi Bindra about the whole project, she said, “It was magical to shoot my first project with director Shauna Gautam & Laqshay! It’s a song that has so much of emotion, depth and love. I hope everyone loves it as much as we do."
