But he soon realised that getting permissions was mighty hard. It became quite a task for the film&rsquo;s crew. A source says, &ldquo;Vikas was very adamant to shoot there. But it was very difficult to procure the necessary permissions. No other Bollywood film has dug so deep into the red-light areas there.&rdquo; The filmmaker says, &ldquo;It took more than two and half months and a lot of paperwork to get the permission in place. There are many rules and regulations involved when shooting in that area.&rdquo;u00a0
