A former professional athlete and figure skater, Elli has learnt the acrobatic moves in three day and according to a source, her routine including complex cartwheels and backflips on her wrists.
The 24-year-old also recently dropped eight kilos following a specific Pilates-Yoga routine.
The "Mickey Virus" actress also practices Kickboxing to builds her muscle strength, along with a dedicated cardio routine every day.
The actress is keen to promote the awareness of fitness and a healthier lifestyle among audiences and has been sharing her tips on fitness with her fans on Facebook with both updates and videos.
