Fardeen Khan is so kicked about the action thriller Acid Factory that he is taking interest in it, beyond the call of an actor. He used his personal connections to get the film a deal with au00a0 nation-wide multiplex chain. A source reveals, "Fardeen is not someone who gets involved in the post-production or marketing of the film.

Director Suparn Varma confirms, "I have worked with Fardeen in the past and have never seen that kind of excitement in his eyes like he had when he finished watching Acid Factory the other day. He did call Ajay and got them on board." The release date of the film has been moved a week forward to October 9. the film was first going to hit cinemas on October 2 with Wake Up Sid. But David Dhawan moved the release date of Do Knot Disturb to the same weekend from September 25. On the moving of the release date, Varma adds, "We made a decision to move it because the audience would have been divided into three groups. Now we are coming on October 9 and I am very happy about that."u00a0
