Farhan Akhtar takes fitness seriously, but he says it's important to understand the importance of having a health insurance. "We live in a stressful world. When we talk about our parents' generation, the times were different. The world is so fast now. If we see the lives of people and their sleeping patterns, health issues start at a younger age as compared to the past. So, it's important to plan and be careful," he says.
