I have sensitive skin and so I try to keep my skin care regime very simple. I wash my face at least twice a day with Cetaphil face wash, which is very gentle on the skin. I follow up every face wash with a moisturising serum. When it comes to using skin care products, I'm using a few from Origins and Dermalogica.

Sunny check
I find Mumbai very humid. As a result, I can't use anything too heavy on my skin. I make it a point to apply sunscreen though every time I step out of the house. But I try not to be out between 11 am and 3 pm. If I do step out, I retouch my sunscreen once in a while and try to drink lots of water to keep hydrated.

Pamper therapy
I am a spaholic! I love to go for treatments like massages, reflexology, hot stone therapy, you name it and I go for it. I love to pamper myself.

Healthy bites
I firmly believe that you are what you eat. And so, I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. And yes, I try to get lots of sleep!
