According to reports, the complaint accuses certain individuals or groups of circulating false, misleading, and objectionable statements against the BJP MP across the Gorakhpur region through social media platforms, public gatherings, and other channels.

It further alleges that the campaign was politically motivated and intended to undermine his image among the public.
