Genelia D'Souza will host the reality show Big Switch on Bindass that will have 10 rich, spoilt brats living in a Mumbai slum stripped of luxuries.<br /><br />The Jaane Tu actress will be chronicling their struggles of stepping out of their comfort zone. Among the contestants are Natasha Suri, Pooja Missra, Adam Bedi and Sunny Saran.<br /><br />
