The four-day Mumbai International Food and Beverages Exhibition and Conference 2010 (MIFBEC 2010) is scheduled to kick start on October 21 at the MMRDA Exhibition Grounds, Mumbai. A concurrent conference on the future of foods, technology, wellness and nutrition, as well as food tasting and sampling will be held at the same venue. The theme for the conference is 'Global Outreach of Indian Food Industry.' Kamat Hotels Ltd are the diamond sponsor and Association of Food Scientists and Technologists of India (AFSTI-Mumbai Chapter) and Connaissance Solutions are knowledge partners for the conference.
