After the success of &#39;B A Pass&#39;, Bahl was supposed to direct &#39;City Lights&#39;. Bhatts were even considering to rope in director Vishal Mahadkar, who made a film for them &#39;Blood Money&#39;. &quot;I was offered this project but I couldn&#39;t do it.
