Several celebrities were spotted at the Tata Mumbai Marathon on Sunday (January 18), lending star power to the city’s annual fitness and charity event. Superstar Aamir Khan arrived with his ex-wife Kiran Rao, daughter Ira, and son Azad, as they participated in the Dream Run category. Actors Rahul Bose and Nikita Dutta were also seen running in the same category. However, Dino Morea seemed to have ditched the track to cheer for fellow participants. Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj and his wife, singer-composer Rekha Bhardwaj ran for a cause, taking part in the Champions with Disability race category. The marathon once again highlighted fitness, inclusivity, and community spirit across Mumbai’s streets.

Ahead of the release of Salman Khan’s Battle of Galwan, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has said that it has “no role” in matters related to film-making, amid reports claiming it had raised objections to the film. The clarification came after a media query sought the MEA’s comment on such reports. Responding at a weekly briefing, spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, “Issues regarding filmmaking in India are looked after by the relevant authorities,” adding that the MEA was not involved in the project. Directred by Apoorva Lakhia, the war drama will arrive in cinemas on April 17. It depicts the bravery
of martyr Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, a Maha Vir Chakra awardee.
