Though an ardent admirer of the suburb he resides in, Ranbir Kapoor has been giving his favourite Bandra party hubs and eating joints a skip of late. In a bid to stay away from the prying eyes of the paparazzi, Kapoor, we hear, has been heading to hotspots in South Mumbai instead to unwind.

Once a regular at Hill Road's Ayaz's kebab outlet, the actor now frequents eateries in Lower Parel, Mahalaxmi and Colaba.
While it isn't unusual for the paparazzi to be stationed outside actors' homes, Kapoor has been particularly irked by the furor caused after his images with Mahira Khan in New York went viral. That the shutterbugs went into overdrive while he was on a night out with filmmaker Ayan Mukerji and producer Juno Chopra recently, also added to his dismay. An outlet in South Mumbai is convenient for Kapoor, who makes a quick call to his gang after he wraps up preparation work for his next at Mahalakshmi Race Course.
