Sonam essays the role of a student from Benaras who comes to Delhi to join Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in the love story, directed by Anand L Rai. <img alt="Sonam Kapoor and Dhanush" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/feb/Sonam-Kapoor_4.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 440px;" /> &quot;I am still a newcomer and he has worked a many more years than I have in Indian film Industry. It is his debut Bollywood project but I wouldn&#39;t call him a new comer. I think he is one of the most brilliant actors and he is definitely better actor than me. I feel like a novice when I work with him,&quot; Sonam told PTI. &quot;Ranjhaana&quot; will hit theatres on June 28, 2013. The 27-year-old actress started her acting career with Sanjay Leela Bhansali&#39;s &quot;Saawariya&quot; in 2007 opposite Ranbir Kapoor. The film did not do well at the box-office but Sonam was noticed for her screen presence. Sonam says her goal now is to be a part of interesting projects that would satisfy the actress in her. &quot;I had lost my way for sometime so I need to do things that I am happy with. It&#39;s not about being the number one heroine or money. It&#39;s about doing roles that I enjoy. My biggest ambition is happiness,&quot; she said. The actress is quite busy with her back-to-back projects including &quot;Bhaag Milkha Bhaag&quot;, &quot;Khubsoorat&quot; remake and filmmaker Nupur Asthana&#39;s Yash Raj project. &quot;I don&#39;t shoot two films at the same time. I finish one character and get into another character because I change my look for every film. It&#39;s difficult but I enjoy doing that,&quot; she said. Sonam would be reprising the role played by Rekha in the remake of &quot;Khubsoorat&quot; and the actress is ready to face comparisons with the legendary diva. &quot;I am glad that I got the opportunity to play a character that is so vibrant and alive. I am Anil Kapoor&#39;s daughter so I am always compared with legends. It is a part and parcel of my life. The film is not the same story at all. We have just taken the spirit of the girl. It is the spirit of the character that I want to capture,&quot; she said.u00a0
