A source says, &ldquo;Imran was initially kicked about Ekta&rsquo;s film. However, the dates for the film were tossed around more than thrice and a lot of time was spent looking for the leading lady until PC was finalised. In the meanwhile, Imran signed Motwane&rsquo;s next and he wants to be completely involved in it. He and Ekta parted on amicable terms. Shahid was then approached to step into his shoes. It will be interesting to see his on screen chemistry with his former girlfriend.&rdquo; Industry insiders say that perhaps this was the reason why Sasha attended Ekta&rsquo;s bash for Lootera.
