For the unversed, the singer had earlier expressed his disappointment over the incident and highlighted the 'sad state' of the country, after which reports began doing the rounds that he had been removed from the singing reality show.

Reacting to the claims, Vishal took to his Instagram handle on Tuesday, May 26, to share a video and clarified that the reports were not true. He also took a dig at the rumours and wrote, "Remember not to trust anything you see online. There's a whole lot of manipulation going on. Keep fighting the good fight, and saying what needs to be said!"
