Spotted Helen and Salim Khan at an evening show of Australia at Globus, Bandra. While Helen was in a black salwar kurta with a printed dupatta, Salim was spotted wearing earrings in both ears like his son Salman Khan. Hope he had not borrowed it from his sonny boy for an evening out. Price problem Jagmohan Mundra's suspense thriller Roommates that goes on the floors on February is likely to be Fashion femme fatale Mughda Godse's second feature film. Though she has been approached to play one of the two protagonists, there is a problem with the price. She expects a certain price after the favourable response to her performance in Fashion. And Mundra isn't willing to pay that kind of money. She says, "I'm asking for what I think I deserve. If people can pay it, fine. But if I want to do a certain script, money is not the main criterion." Meanwhile Mundra's stand is: "There are four other girls whom we're negotiating with. They are Neha Dhupia, Raima Sen, Neetu Chandra and Sonal Chauhan. We'll finalise two of these actresses. Or we'll go for completely new faces." What's Madhur up to? u00a0 The party-hearty were taken aback to see Madhur Bhandarkar at the Sunburn Festival in Goa recently. The electronic music festival is not something the director is known to be into. A completely tanned bird who was present at the venue, chirps to say that he appeared like a fish out of water and giggles, "Wonder if he was doing research for his next slice of life titled Rave..." Not interesting No one is buying stories of an affair between Hurman Baweja and Amrita Rao. They understand that they have a release Victory coming up and these are nothing but gimmicks for the publicity of the film. We are told that Rao has become a regular visitor at the Baweja home. That is nowhere as interesting as Priyanka's presence at the Shahid Kapoor's residence. Just like Roshan A bitchy birdie who saw Ghajini has been going around saying that Aamir Khan's character is actually inspired by Rakesh Roshan! Firstly there is the matter of the bald pate. Secondly, the upturned ears, and then finally the producer is known for memory loss whenever he owes someone money! Industry folk are aware that papa Roshan is an extremely careful spender, and it has nothing to do with the present recession. Adds the birdie, "Just ask the stars who have ever worked with him he leaves no stone unturned when it comes to saving money." Cover girl Newbie Shaurya Chauhaan has made it to the cover of the January issue of Maxim. This hottie, who is also one of the Kingfisher Calendar girls, is anxiously awaiting her film Horn Ok Pleassss. She was first seen in Vikram Bhatt's Mumbai Salsa. Shaurya, is a gymnast, trained in aerobics and classical dancer! Now that explains the hot bod, no? RAZA'S BOLLYWOOD Q What would fans of Kashmera Shah say if they don't see much of her on TV? Au00a0 It's a 'kash'crunch. razamuradonly@hotmail.com
