Who doesn't love to dance? From weddings to birthday celebrations, songs light up the mood in a snap, and there are a few dance steps that we all quickly adapt to. As soon as these songs play, we just know which steps to do next; there's no need to practice with our friends to match the moves, all thanks to the amazing choreography these songs have. Like we just know we have to kneel down for 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' and have to do some lavani steps for 'Pinga.' But how do we learn this choreography? It's because of the amazing choreographers who, from behind the stage, manage to make us all dance their way. Today, as we celebrate International Dance Day, let's take a look at the masters behind the choreography of our favorite songs:


'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' - Bosco Martis:


Shah Rukh Khan made a terrific return to Bollywood with the 2023 movie 'Pathaan,' and the film became a massive hit. Apart from the thrilling action, the movie's title track, 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan,' became a chartbuster. Viewers quickly adapted the eye-catching hook steps of the song, and now the party is never complete without grooving to this peppy number. The song is choreographed by Bollywood's renowned choreographer Bosco Martis.


'Chaiyya Chaiyya' - Farah Khan:

Farah Khan has given us some of the best choreographies through her songs, but one song that went on to become a cult classic was 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' from 'Dil Se.' Just after the release of the song, people started appreciating the choreography, and to this day, everyone knows that we have to kneel down and dance our hearts out whenever this song plays.

'Kajra Re' - Vaibhavi Merchant:

Remember Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan's iconic song 'Kajra Re'? The song that is still a part of many wedding playlists. Do you know who choreographed the amazing dance number? It is the much-loved choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant, who made Aishwarya dance to her steps.

'Sher Khul Gaye' - Bosco-Caesar:

Hrithik Roshan starrer 'Fighter' was one of the most talked-about films of the year, but what made the film more special was its songs, which quickly became party anthems. 'Sher Khul Gaye' was one song that was loved for its music, and seeing Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, and all the other members dance made our hearts smile. But did you know who was behind the eye-catching choreography? It was the dynamic duo of the industry, Bosco-Caesar, who choreographed the peppy number for the cast of 'Fighter.'

'Pinga' - Remo D'Souza:

Remember 'Bajirao Mastani’s' song ‘Pinga’ and the energetic lavani? Yes, we all have danced to the song, trying to copy Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, attempting to match the steps of the actresses. No doubt we liked the choreography of the song; after all, one of the industry’s best choreographers made it come true. It was Remo D’Souza who decided the fun steps for 'Pinga.'
