At a time when the nation is battling the deadly second wave, Jacqueline Fernandez urged her fans and followers to spread love, kindness.

Jacqueline Fernandez appealed to her fans and followers to spread love, kindness and sympathy at a time when the nation is battling the deadly second wave. “Stay strong, stay safe, stay healthy, help others when you can. Spread love and kindness. We are all battling the pandemic in our own ways, let’s be understanding and sympathisze with all,” she shared in an Instagram post.


Jacqueline Fernandez has taken to the ground in these grim times in an effort to provide relief to people in distress because of the pandemic. The actress makes an effort to share and create stories of kindness with people, spreading love to all and helping others. The actress wrote, "Stay strong, stay safe, stay healthy, help others when you can, spread love and kindness always!! We are all battling the pandemic in our own ways, let’s be understanding and sympathize with all.. let’s be there for one another! Jacqueline Fernandez recently launched her foundation, YOLO (You Only Live Once) to create and share stories of kindness. The actress takes charge herself by being on ground as the foundation is working with several NGOs to cater to different causes especially during these trying times. The actress has now helped the voiceless who cannot ask for help unlike humans. She has helped the voiceless who cannot ask for help unlike humans. She shared pictures from her visit on her Instagram account and was lauded by fans for the initiative. This is what she wrote as her caption- "My team and I at the Yolo Foundation visited @thefelinefoundation and it opened our eyes to the plethora of issues faced by the people trying to help street cats and strays. The most notable being stigma around sterilisation. Even with all these problems, it was heartwarming to witness the dedication with which the volunteers and the doctors continues with their work. They have treated so many animals till date and have created a safe home for them. They are what one can truly call a #kindnessbrigade. It fills me with joy to share their #storiesofkindness with the world."

Earlier, she visited the kitchen of Roti Bank Foundation to work with them closely. With the Roti Bank team and her YOLO team, she worked through the cooking process and also served meals to the needy. On her social media, she shared, "Mother Teresa once said, "Peace begins when the hungry are fed. I was truly humbled and inspired to visit Mumbai @rotibankfdn today, which is run by former Mumbai police commissioner Mr. D Sivanandan. Roti Bank has prepared and distributed meals to millions of hungry people till date, even during the pandemic. They are the perfect example of what #kindnessbrigade aspires to do and I am honored to be of help to them during these times. We only live once! Let's make this life worth it by helping others in need and sharing the #storiesofkindness of those around us! [sic]"
