Karan Singh Grover has been chosen as the face of an international fitness app, which will soon be launched in India. The beefy actor will share fitness secrets and work-out videos on the app called Cleveroad.
Karan says his daily fitness regime consists of a mix of aerial yoga and calisthenics (bodyweight exercises that originated in Greece). &ldquo;I also walk for two hours every day. I never miss out on my work-out. With Bipasha (Basu, actress-wife) being equally passionate about fitness, we make sure to take out at least an hour for fun activities related to fitness,&rdquo; he says.
Among Bollywood celebrities, Karan admires Hrithik Roshan for his fitness, but his all-time favourite is Florida-based professional bodybuilder, Dexter &lsquo;The Blade&rsquo; Jackson.
Does he aspire to have his own fitness app some day? &ldquo;On social media, people keep asking me about fitness and wellness. If my concept of fitness matches with how an app should be, I am game for it,&rdquo; he says.
