It's not easy to ace dancing genius Prabhudheva's steps &mdash; even if the prot&eacute;g&eacute; in question is Katrina Kaif, one of the better dancing talents in Bollywood. The actor, we hear, is rehearsing for five hours every day before the shoot of a Thugs Of Hindostan song next week. Keeping her company is Prabhudheva, as he helps her perfect her moves.
Says a source close to the actor, "The song is inspired by a North Indian folk number. Prabhudheva has designed steps that are a mix of the Pahadi style of dance and gymnastics. Katrina has been practising religiously as she wants to up her previous dance numbers." The song will also feature Aamir Khan, who has been joining Kaif on and off for the dance sessions. "It's a scintillating number between Aamir and Katrina. But it is Kat who has the tougher steps between the two."
The source adds that Kaif has also changed her workout and diet regime for the number. "She has been training for it since the past month. As suggested by her trainer, she has stuck to a protein-heavy diet coupled with cardio and muscle training." An elaborate set has been erected at Film City. True to a Yash Raj production, the security on the set has been beefed up since the production house doesn't want any details about the song trickling out.
