According to a report by Variety India, Khan has confirmed his presence for the premiere episode and is likely to make a solo appearance on the show. An official announcement from Karan Johar or the makers is still awaited.

The reported appearance is particularly noteworthy as Salman has previously appeared on Koffee With Karan alongside members of his family. His first appearance on the show came in Season 4, after he stayed away from the coffee couch during its initial three seasons. During that episode, his father and veteran screenwriter Salim Khan also made an appearance. Salman later returned for Season 5, when his brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan joined him.
