The film is said to be inspired by a Gulabi Gang, real gang of girls, headed by social activist Sampat Pal, who raises voice against atrocities towards women. &quot;Gulaab Gang&quot; is directed Soumik Sen and produced by Anubhav Sinha. The film also features Huma Qureshi and Juhi Chawla.
