Designer Maheka Mirpuri unveils her festive collection this evening at a south Mumbai hotel with models walking in her designs.



The quaint elegance of Indian royalty and the romantic city of Udaipur forms the basis of Maheka's inspiration this season. The collection is all about drama and romance.

Voluminous ankle length kurtas, asymmetric hemlines with racer-back kurtas, brocade and benarsi net lehengas, delicate net saris, Kaftan dresses, off shoulder volumetric sleeve tunics teamed with brocade and tilla work skirts and halter brocade jumpsuits comprise the collection.

The outfits are a presentation of the designer's signature style stirred well with aristocratic inspiration.u00a0



u00a0Recreating an extensively dramatic, auspicious and rich feel in keeping with the festive season, the venue will be lit up with diyas and bedecked with flowers.

The city's cr me-de-la-cr me is expected to be present at the unveiling along with the glam set from Bollywood and the television industry.
