Storyline
Ishar Singh Grewal (Naseeruddin Shah) is on his deathbed, battling dementia and unable to find peace as he longs to return to Sargodha one final time and reunite with his long-lost love, Jiya, also known as Afsana (Sharvari Wagh). The narrative transports the audience to the pre-Partition era, where a young Ishar, affectionately called Keenu (Vedang Raina), falls deeply in love with Jiya (Sharvari Wagh), a spirited and free-spirited young woman. However, the horrors of Partition brutally separate the two lovers, leaving behind wounds that never truly heal.
