R Madhavan recently got hitched to Sameera Reddy. Yes, and here is the whole story. Sameera tells CS, "We were shooting for Vettai in Kanya Kumari, and it was the wedding sequence where Maddy and I are getting married.



I was wearing the mangalsutra, which accidentally fell off from my neck. We were looking around and Maddy found it. He promptly put it around my neck much to the amusement of the entire cast and crew.

Now, as actors we treat things like sindoor and mangalsutra as props without realising the significance. Needless to say, I went red in the face.

To top it all, Sarita (Maddy's wife) was also present on the sets. She was also in splits. When I told my dad about my marriage, he too started rolling with laughter."
