The entire film has been shot aboard and around a yacht in the sea -- it could have been set anywhere on any water body. Anyway that&rsquo;s another story. <img alt="Warning" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/sep/Warning.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 491px;" /> &#39;Warning&#39; To begin with, Warning&rsquo;s plot is a rip-off of the 2006 Hollywood film Open Water 2: Adrift. It&rsquo;s not only the characters including a tiny tot and its setting but also the fact that it is based on actual events. Manjari is the only known face among the bunch of newcomers who feature in the film including a debutant director. It&rsquo;s wafer-thin storyline and weak screenplay just cannot withstand the choppy waters of the high seas. There is nothing much that you can do except admire the aerial shots of the yacht and the ocean. The film&rsquo;s plot revolves around a group of school buddies who reconnect and plan an outing to Fiji where one of their pals is based. As soon as they land, they take off to the high seas in a yacht. And no sooner do they start jumping into the water for some fun and frolic. In all their excitement, they forget to keep the ship&rsquo;s ladder lowered to re-board the yacht and find themselves stuck in the sea. What Warning lacks are the thrills and chills in the attempts to save themselves from a watery death. There are not too many traumas and ordeals that the buddies have to contend with while floating around. Here too the scenes are a direct lift from Open Water 2: Adrift like stripping and using their swim wear to make a rope or a yacht that passes by but fails to realise their ordeal. There is also a shark looming large. Far from the fear factor, the friends start fighting with each other. In the melee, everything goes totally at sea (including the 3 D effect) as you wait for someone to respond to the SOS message for things to end.u00a0
