The Hindi film industry came together on Friday to bid a final farewell to veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, who passed away at the age of 75 after battling cancer. Several of his friends, colleagues and industry associates arrived to pay their last respects to the actor, remembered for his memorable supporting performances in films including Welcome, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Aashiqui and Jodi No. 1.

Among those who visited Khan’s residence and the cemetery were actors Rajat Bedi, Manish Wadhwa, Sulbha Arya, Shahbaz Khan, Rajpal Yadav, Sharad Malhotra and comedian Ahsaan Qureshi. Bedi, who had shared screen space with Khan in films such as Jodi No. 1, Dhamkee and Kaaboo, was seen arriving to offer his condolences to the bereaved family.
