And as their roles needed them to flaunt their curves, the actresses had to go that extra mile and get in shape for the camera.
Nargis suggested a juice cleanse diet to her co-star. A detox diet where a person consumes only fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and abstains from food consumption for days, Nargis has lost a lot of inches through this diet and she didn&rsquo;t hesitate from telling Ileana about the same.
Says Nargis, &ldquo;I had always wanted to try a juice cleanse. I had heard about it earlier, and I then read about how this diet gives your body a break from regular food. I then did a six-day juice cleanse and lost three kilos.&rdquo;
She adds, &ldquo;Ileana got curious and I convinced her to try it. She, however, could only last a day on the juice cleanse regime.&rdquo;
