I like mixing my work-out regime. My work-outs consist of a combination of gym (five times a week), yoga (about three times) and a sport -- either tennis, squash or volleyball (about once a week.) I strongly advocate exercising outdoors or undertaking a sport that will keep your interest in fitness intact. And what's better, you'll be be able to breath in fresh air, something that isn't possible in our AC rooms, studios and gyms. All for yoga Yoga is a more holistic workout. It helps in correcting your system internally, teaching you how to breathe correctly and completely as that is the basis of a strong intrinsic framework. It also helps in moulding your shape and enhances your flexibility. Going organic I am currently following an organic approach. I try and avoid foods and drinks that are preserved in cans. I prefer to follow the organic diet when I can't keep a good check on what I eat. As for the quantity, my breakfast is the largest meal, followed by lunch and dinner.
